Hey there,
my printer faces some really crazy heating problems.
After changing heating cartridge and thermistor the printer heats up like crazy. When I start the machine it heats up to 180 degree in about 30 to 45 seconds but doesnt stop like he is told. The printer heats up to 360 degree and even more.
What can I do?

On the A5 there are two options:
1. Order a new motherboard
Aliexpress: http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bXQqiPB2
banggood: https://www.banggood.com/custlink/vKGmov8CTI
gearbest: https://www.gearbest.com/3d-printer-parts/pp_1357525.html?lkid=14884857
Amazon: https://amzn.to/2KWbza1
2. Solder a new mosfet
1) Modify the firmware to use hot end 1 instead of hot end 0 for heating and move the wiring.
2) Order a new MKS GEN L V1.0 board from aliexpress, it's only ~$20USD and usually comes with the motor driver chips. You'll just need to load it with either the stock or the community firmware once you install the board.
Here's one for 19.60 Euros:
