Z axis on the JGAURORA A5S isnt moving

This is my first 3D printer and after I finished putting it together one side of the Z-axis won't move the right side is just fine but the left seems to be jammed I have it set to the right voltage and all the wires are in firmly
here are some pictures of the nonworking side

Does it move freely if rotated by hand?

    Welcome @Jacob Torres,
I suggest undoing the black screws on the motor coupler, and then seeing if it is the motor that is stuck, or the leadscrew that is stuck.

I suspect you're going to be in for some disassembly. All I can think of is that either the coupler is jammed on the motor or something has fallen down between the coupler and the motor mount.
