Blackened plastic oozing from nozzle

During the last prints I often encountered thing like this 28mm miniature:
Sometimes there is an audible "plop" and blackened plastic oozes from the nozzle.
Problem is, the nozzle is slightly loose and the PLA is crawling through the threading.
So I put the hotend to 220 C removed the nozzle, cleaned everything and put it back in...
5 hours of printing later it was loose again and black ooze driped..

What can I do, I cant thread the nozzle much stronger.

regards

Martin

Hi Martin, the nozzle should NOT be tight against the heat block. The nozzle should be tight against the heat break inside the heat block. You may need to screw the heat break further into the heat block, to achieve this. I am sorry there is no easy solution.

The problem was probably the badly cleaned nozzle, I am now using the spare nozzle that came with the printer while I clean the original one^^
