LCD lights up when machine is off

I just replaced the mainboard on my A5S. Now when the machine is plugged in and the power switch is off the LCD screen will light up slightly when the print bed is manually moved. I do not understand what would cause this or what if any problems this is potentially indicative of. Any help or ideas?
