Hello,
Unfortunately, my A5 Touch Display MKS TFT28 with firmware ver. 3.0.2 (2018/05/05) does not recognize when the filament is off. Does this work for you (with the same firmware version)?

I have measured the signal and it is on the display connector. It is therefore not a hardware problem. It works with the January version. This one has bad bugs.

Is that the version you are using?

    Hi,
     My version is Ver. 3.0.2
This is the latest on Github.
    I will try it....

I'll go crazy. If I'm not mistaken, I've tested this version before (then called by you beta).
Then I added the power off button.
So with your version, the filament out detection works.
With my variant (with the power off button) not.
I have to compare the config files.
    Maybe I made something worse.
Thank you. Now I have an approach to error search.

It works again. I probably changed a parameter that I should not have changed.

Check the last 5 options in the config, near the end of the files - I have a suspicion the problem could be there.  ;)

#shield the function of detection filament (0:no shield ,1:shield)

I did not understand what the Chinese wanted to tell us.

You could say the knowledge was shielded from us!  :p

I think it means “ignore sensor value and disable” those functions.
