Auto Bed Leveling inaccurate

I tested the ubl and bilinear leveling with Marlin 1.1.8 and 1.1.9 and a BLtouch.
The mesh looks fine, I don't think there is a problem, but if I move the x or y axis after the leveling the distance between the nozzle and the bed varies, I would say between 0 to 0.3, sometimes it hits the bed.
i double checked my x and y offset, it should be ok with a tolerance about 0.2mm
is there something I make wrong? at the moment I am back at ubl and I use these commands for abl:
G28;G29 P1;G29 P3 T;G29 S1;G29 A;M500;
