Hmmm... all looks good and normal there.

Ok. Next test. Can you please remove the bed from the printer, unplug from the motherboard and put it in the oven. Set the oven to 60C, and put the heater plate (glass not needed) onto a tray.
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the thermistor wires, and also measure the temperature of the bed using the IR thermometer. The resistance should match this chart:

It sounds like the measurement is correct at room temperature, but is not correct as the temperature increases.

If this all matches with the expected values, then the problem is with the motherboard. Then there are two options:
Option 1: Ask JGAurora for a replacement motherboard

Option 2: Use the second spare thermistor port on the motherboard. Swap the THB and TH2 pins in the firmware. More info on this process here.

    1.4MegaOhm = 1400000 ohm => -23C!!

so I think there may be something wrong with the thermistor...

just checking, this was measured with the thermistor unplugged from the motherboard?

Jep heatbed in the bakingofen. By 60c and i mesurent all time by cool down in the ofen.

A little Question please ist 1400000 = -11 or how calculated ohm ?

@jirgel - did you see the table I posted above? It shows you the expected ohm resistance measurement for different temperatures. Make sure you are reading the degrees C (Celsius / Centigrade) column, and not the degrees F (Fahrenheit) column.

Can it be thats die maker tft and ocotprint a not convertible is ? Or why stop the printer in the middel of a print? What can be the problem?

Update i chance the usb to the motherboard and octoprint have the same Interrupt.

I set the speed of the usb in octoprint to dwc_otg.speed=1
And i have the same error in the print.

And i have a orignal set of octoprint with the right power adapter.

And now i have no new idea have anyone a new input for me pls

Can you unplug the LCD cable while printing, maybe this helps?
  • jirgeljirgel Posts: 30Member
    Good morning Sam.
Nope same error unplug the lcd.

Last but not least i test a new power adapter to you now one ?

Hmmm... I'm running out of ideas!! What power adapter are you using for the octopi, can you post some photos?
