Auto Leveling problem with z axis

Hi, I just instaled the sensor and updated my firmware but my printer is stucked on the z axis it doesn´t go up or down

Have you tested the infrared sensor is working? Use pronterface and send command M119.

yes it´s working, it recognize when i put my hand under, bu it doesn´t move on the z axis

when you send command "G28" in pronterface, what happens?

yes i tested it´s working, i changed the cable and still the same problem
