I hat the exact same problem in the beginning, so I experimented (and asked Samuel^^)

In my (close to two weeks of) experience the most influence on Bed adhesion has:
    - Nozzle temp (<=205 C no adhesion, 210 C ok adhesion, 230 C crazy adhesion with my pla)
    - closeness of nozzle to bed on 1st layer, the more your first layer gets squished on the bed the stronger it adheres
Warping is mostly caused by bed adhesion and cooling.
I set my FAN to max out at 3.5 to 4mm to get rid of warping.

I have never a problem with adhesion with PLA, but i do the following:

Bed temp first layer = 80 deg. all other = 60 deg.

All layers hight = 0.2 mm.

Flow first Layer = 110%, all other 90%

Nozzle temp first layer = 220 deg. all other = 190 deg.

    First layer speed = 30 mm/s, all other = 70 mm/s.

Before printing, cleaning bed with alkohol.

Bed and fan are original JGaurora A5.

For less noise, I removed the "3d Printer" sheet.

I use Cura 3.6.0.  is very goooooood!

    Test it and have fun.

----  I forgot to say, i print all only with skirt, it works for the "Treefrog" very good.
