Bed gets stuck and does'nt move correctly.

I have been using my A5S for a month solid since Christmas and its bee working fine. I was re-leveling the bed today and when I was adjusting some of the height knobs, my arm slid the bed slightly forward. Now it is having issues with the bed being in the right place. it gets stuck when I send it "all Home" and now it wont print correctly.
is there a way to reset the be location other then the all home button?
