jgaurora A5S : touch screen wont respond.

Once the printer finished printing the touch screen just stopped working. Its turns on and i can see the options but the actual touch screen doesnt work.

When loading the screen reads "->Fat mount fail"  in red and "->Execute FW..." in blue 

I can use jcreat to print through usb but im not able to change the settings on the printer.

Are there any solutions?

Those messages about fat mount and execute fw are 100% normal.

So you're saying that after restarting your printer, the LCD touch function stopped working? I would suggest checking the cables going to the screen are firmly plugged in at both ends. If that still doesn't solve things, I recommend to contact jgaurora for support.
