Unable to launch printing from se card

hello I have a se card with only on item. The data type of the SD card is FAT32
when i try to go in the menu print the only thing it says is prepare/pickup 1/ 0 0
when i try to go in the menu print the only thing it says is prepare/pickup 1/ 0 0
