JGAraura A3S both temp sensors simultaneously stop working
I bought a JGAraura A3S yesterday and did 2 successful prints on it without too much hassle (blocked nozzle and then a slow filament leak after messing around with it). I went to do my third print and just after it hit the limit switch on the z axis the print aborted and the heatbed temperature showed 150 and the nozzle… -
Z-Axis Level Problem
When I'm jogging my axis, my limits swtich are working. Same thing with my homing. When I'm doing my leveling, the Z-Axis is going on the bed really deep. It is actually not being stop by the limit switch,... it is crushing the limit switch. The last time I print, couple a month ago, it crashed into the bed. Like evrybody… -
New to the A5S
I picked up most of an A5S this week. It was a customer return due to shipping damage and was missing a few minor items - SD card, spool holder, calibration sheet. Nothing major. The spool holder is a minor inconvenience, but I am printing a replacement on another printer as I type this post. The damage was limited to a… -
Z axis limit switch height???
I'm totally new to 3D printing world and I just received my printer. I followed the instructions provided with the printer but I encountered an issue with the Z axis limit switch. In the instructions, is not written (if it's my fault I'm sorry xd) any about the height of the switch. When I turn on the printer, and go on… -

Re: Finally designed a JGMAKER Magic direct drive
im not quiet sure since its been a while since i used that pcb. are you already using 32 bit board? if so, it might be better to just scrap the whole pcb and directly connect it to the board. I used VGA connector for quick disconnect and i dont really have to think which wire goes to which part. regarding with the "jumper"… -
Re: Finally designed a JGMAKER Magic direct drive
I noticed common power too... dissected I also noticed jumper from heater block to limit switch???? Correct me if I’m wrong... jumper somewhere in there??? question is: can I run just two wires to the heater block and tc and forget the jumper. Is the jumper serving any purpose? I may have a few more question as I’ve been… -
Re: Z axis offset
moving a wire at a certain point. Like a loose plug that wobbles at that 15mm point. It seems unlikely it would hit that same point repeatedly without something mechanical effecting it (how does the print head know it's orientation without the stop?). I agree it sounds like a faulty Z-Limit Switch, but why fail at the same… -

Re: New Printer Cant level bed
With printer turned off, can you hear the left hand extruder limit switch clicking on/off when you move extruder all the way to the left, then back off slowly by hand - it is manually triggered by hitting a solid object - limit switch may not be positioned correctly If it does click when nozzle is in correct bed position,…
